Party Tyme Treats operates in rain/snow.

For Safety, we cannot operate bouncy castles in strong rain, high winds, or in areas where it is muddy and reserve the right to close rides in inclement weather until conditions are safe, If your reservation must be canceled due to inclement weather prior to setup, we will do our best to reschedule or move your deposit to a furture date. If you continue with your party and conditions change you are responsible for full payment once equipment has been onloaded. ( This policy applies to Private Parties only!)

Party Tyme Cannot issues rain cheques, refunds or extensions. As long as Party Tyme staff are contacted before the date, your deposit and/or payment will be saved for up-to 1 year. If you have any questions or concerns please talk to one of our staff at booking.

* Adult Supervision
* Appropriate space with no obstructions
* Flat surface with ability to anchor into ground
* Electrical outlet within 100 ft.

A rental agreement must be signed before Party Tyme Treats & Amusements releases any rental equipment

* We supply equipment in good working order
* We deliver, set-up and take down (for items over $170.00 before supplies, delivery & taxes)
* We supply all the necessary equipment needed, including any items required to ensure safety
* We supply extension cords

Note: Mileage fees will be applied for delivery outside Barrie area.

We offer flexible payment options, visa, MasterCard, Business/certified cheques (payable to Party Tyme Treats and Amusements inc)

Party Tyme requires a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the event/booking. Once a deposit is made your booking is confirmed, If for any reason before 7 days you need to make a change, just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
